Art Deco in Jamaica Plain – UFORGE Gallery Grand Opening

Thank you Uforge Gallery for a great reception on Saturday! After many years break, I’m showing new work at the Art Deco exhibition. I appreciate the love and support of friends who attended the opening.

Natalie, first of my friends to arrive.

Rajat, Tahmina and Fatema think my painting is the best. I think they may be biased.

My “Mark V” (pen and watercolor). Inspired by the Jaguar built in 1940s.

The gentleman in the cool hat is the artist who took the beautiful frozen window photograph.

The gentleman with the striking flower has a very important job, he’s in charge of drinks.

One of our gracious hosts (also in a fashionable hat).

Artist Anna Koon and her husband, next to one of her pieces.

Love this light fixture!

Kristin and Jonathan patiently waiting in line to get into the gallery after their shopping spree at Salmagundi (great hat store in JP).

Ladies and gentlemen, presenting Reza’s painting (I think that’s what they’re doing).
